Key Responsibilities

• Finding Talent:
  • Use job websites and social media to find potential candidates.
  • Keep a list of qualified candidates for current and future jobs.

• Screening Candidates:
• Check resumes to see if candidates meet job requirements.
• Do initial phone interviews to evaluate qualifications.
• Interview Scheduling:
• Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Guide candidates through the interview process.
• Candidate Care:
• Make sure candidates have a good experience from the first contact to their first day.
• Keeping Records:
• Keep records of candidates and what you do.

Qualifications
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in the digital marketing or technology industry is a plus.
